3. BMS Acquires Nuclear Drug Firm RayzeBio for $4.1 Billion
On February 26, 2024, Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) announced that it had completed the acquisition of RayzeBio, a nuclear drug biotechnology company, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb(BMS). Under the terms of the previous merger agreement, BMS acquired RayzeBio for $62.50 per share in cash, with a total equity value of approximately $4.1 billion (about 29.2 billion yuan).
Through this acquisition, BMS secured RayzeBio's technology platform and a number of innovative products in development, significantly enriching its oncology product pipeline.
4. Telix Acquires IsoTherapeutics
On February 26, 2024, Telix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. announced that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with IsoTherapeutics.

March 14, 2024, Chengdu New Radiomedicine Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced that it has completed a Series C financing of over 300 million RMB, which was co-invested by Chengdu Science and Technology Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-city Development Group Co., Ltd., Si Chuan Venture Capital and other co-investors, and continued to be reinforced by existing shareholders such as Fujian Pingtan Huaxing Kangping Pharmaceutical Industry Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Neovision Capital, and Chengdu Guangyao Xingkong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd..
