• Director, Beijing Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center
  
• Engaged in administrative licensing, supervision and inspection of radiation environments, radiation monitoring, technical review, and radioactive waste management.
  
• Participated in the research, drafting, and discussions of the Radiation Pollution Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, State Council No. 449 Regulations on Safety and Protection of Radioactive Isotopes and Radiation Devices, and the Regulations on the Safety License Management of Radioactive Isotopes and Radiation Devices.
  
• Organized routine monitoring of ionizing radiation and electromagnetic radiation environmental quality in Beijing.
  
• Conducted technical review and evaluation of environmental impact assessment (EIA) documents for radiation-related construction projects.
